We had a great turnout for our recent event, Be an Investor, Not a Landlord! New and returning guests enjoyed wine, beer, cocktails, and delicious hors d’oeuvres, including caprese salad, coconut shrimp, and chicken skewers. Greg shared the history of Hughes Private Capital, his friendship and business relationship with Steve, and the exciting new developments in the buy and hold fund. This prompted no shortage of head-scratching questions, which ultimately led to collective realizations that make the 1031 Exchange an even more enticing option for real estate investors.
As the evening progressed, it began to snow outside — typical spring weather in Northern Nevada! But inside ArrowCreek’s clubhouse, the atmsophere was jovial and warm.
