Investment Strategy:

ROI develops and owns properties for high-end assisted living homes.  ROI also originates and owns a portfolio of rent to own single-family residences for highly qualified candidates who are temporarily unable to get a mortgage.

Investment Strategy:

Sentinel purchases re-performing mortgages, seasons the mortgages as necessary, and resells them at a profit to retail buyers.
