The Investor Relations Manager position is pivotal to our continued growth, has a significant impact on organizational health, and is part of the leadership team.
You will assist clients with passive investment opportunities in real estate. Investment experience in real estate may be beneficial to learning the job skills but is not required. We care more about who you are than your experience in real estate. However, valuable experience for this position might include a background in real estate sales, real estate lending, real estate investing, insurance sales, recruiting, business development, or similar vocation that requires building trust, nurturing relationships, and successfully serving clients.
You will not cold call or conduct any high-pressure sales in this position. End of story. Our marketing team generates the clients for you. Your job is to listen to the client, help him or her to become informed with our process, and present the best solution. Heck, you could do that with your eyes closed, but it might be weird for the client.
