We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to fit everyone, but our team managed to make space for 48 guests at our Be an Investor, Not a Landlord learning event last Thursday at The Club at ArrowCreek. We’re excited that an increasing number of people want to learn about tax-free 1031 Exchanges, and how a 1031 Exchange with Hughes Capital’s Fund can allow them to say “goodbye!” to landlord hassles and reinvest their profits for greater earnings. Guests who don’t have investment properties came to find out how they could enjoy consistent net returns, month after month, by participating in the buy and hold fund.
While folks sipped on drinks and chowed on fun Mexican-inspired fare, Greg shared all of this and more, with no shortage of jokes, as is the Greg Hughes trademark.
