There was no shortage of lively discussion at our July 17th event, “Be an Investor, Not a Landlord”! New and returning guests asked Greg thoughtful and entertaining questions about investing in the buy and hold fund and doing a 1031 Exchange with investment property. This event was held in the big room at ArrowCreek’s clubhouse, and guests enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course. A bit of road construction wasn’t enough to deter attendees, who relaxed and sipped on lemonade or wine while Greg shared information on non-traditional investments, backed by years of experience.
