Mike Gibbons, CFO
Mike Gibbons
CFO
Mike jump-started his career in public accounting out of graduate school running Ramada and Circle K’s tax departments. He then focused on helping small and mid-sized corporations succeed, both as an employee and as a valuable consulting resource. At Anderson Development, Mike worked as COO/CFO and spent a few years expanding their business. He then joined Wadsworth Development Group as their CFO to help leverage their growth. Next, Mike joined Daybreak Communities as their CFO and was deeply involved in purchase accounting, debt acquisition, process improvement, and cash management issues. After renewing his consulting practice and re-igniting his passion for helping enterprises grow and thrive, he came to Hughes Private Capital as the Chief Financial Officer to participate in the future of this unique investment company.
Mike enjoys high-growth environments and feels Hughes Private Capital provides an exceptional opportunity for that type of environment. Mike also loves the outdoors and describes himself as an adventure junkie.

Stacy Silva, Investor Relations Advisor
Stacy Silva
Investor Relations Advisor
Stacy manages all aspects of your investment account and is there to support you every step of the way.
Before joining the Hughes Capital Investor Relations Team, Stacy had accumulated more than fifteen years of experience across various industries in areas such as operations, executive client services, corporate account management, project and contract management and negotiation, and event planning.
As the San Francisco area rep for a global corporate travel company, Stacy routinely negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts with a client base that spanned the globe. She spent four years at Microsoft, supervising contractors and managing the internal recruiting team. Her ties with Microsoft led her to relocate from Redmond, WA to Reno, NV, leading the infrastructure setup for Microsoft retail stores.
Stacy worked for Dale Carnegie professional training and is a graduate of all of the Dale Carnegie courses. She is a former president of BNI Northwest, in Bellevue, WA, and is a former board member of NCET in Reno, NV.
In her spare time, you might find Stacy on the golf course exercising her swing (and a little patience). If she’s not there, she’s probably off-roading in her Jeep or fishing and camping in the deep wilderness.
