Stacy Silva
Investor Relations Director
Before joining the Hughes Capital Investor Relations Team in 2017, Stacy had accumulated more than 20 years of experience across various industries in areas such as operations, executive client services, corporate account management, project and contract management and negotiation, event planning, and technical recruiting. As the San Francisco area rep for a global corporate travel company, Stacy routinely negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts with a client base that spanned the globe. She spent four years working with Microsoft, supervising contractors, and managing the internal recruiting team. Her ties with Microsoft led her to relocate from Redmond, WA to Reno, NV, coordinating with the team contracted to build the infrastructure for Microsoft retail stores. Stacy also worked for Dale Carnegie professional training and is a graduate of all the Dale Carnegie courses. She is a former president of BNI Northwest, in Bellevue, WA, and is a former board member of NCET in Reno, NV.
Following an 8-month hiatus in 2020 to focus on fighting Stage IV cancer, Stacy is now back to work managing the Investor Relations Team, the Secured Transactions Team, Direct to Seller Program, and our exchange company, Equity 1031. In her spare time, you will find Stacy enjoying anything on, in, or near the water, or spending quality time with the family and friends that mean the world to her. She is up for just about any adventure and is thankful for each and every day she gets to spend on this earth.

Katie Robinson, Investor Relations Program Manager
Katie Robinson
Investor Relations Program Manager
Katie has recently shifted her focus from Administration to serving as the Investor Relations Program Manager. In this role she oversee projects, facilitates communications between Investor Relations (IR) and other departments, and streamlines processes for the growing team. Her innate capacity for organization and attention to detail, along with her love for strong and consistent communication, led Katie to Hughes Private Capital, where she uses these skills to assist the IR team so they can do what they do best: serve investors. Katie thrives on the IR team with the support and direction of Stacy, whom Katie attributes is the team’s anchor.
Katie enjoyed living in Reno for eight years until “the pull of the south was too much to resist,” which led her to relocate closer to family. Thankfully, Hughes Capital continues to be her second family, and she has been able to seamlessly transition to a remote setting while retaining her position. Outside of work, Katie enjoys exploring her new home of Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
