Strategy

Buy and Re-Sell

Sentinel purchases re‐performing mortgages with a gross yield of 15%, seasons the mortgages as necessary and resells them within a 12‐month period at a profit to retail buyers.

Upside Potential

Dependent upon the time frame to sell the mortgages and the yields at which they are sold, there is upside potential to the 13% to 16% return for investors.

Warranty on Notes

If a mortgage stops performing within a 2‐year period, the seller will get the mortgage back to re‐performing, replace the mortgage with a similar kind or refund the mortgage’s purchase price less total amount of payments received.
